1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing missionbypass.com (the 'Website'), purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital products, software, configurations, license keys, or services (collectively, the 'Services') provided by Mission, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Website and our Services, and you must immediately stop using any downloaded materials or products.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), or that you have received parental/guardian consent to use these Services.

If you create an account, purchase access, or receive credentials, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a highly limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our digital products strictly for personal, non-commercial use in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Sublicensing, renting, leasing, selling, distributing, leaking, hosting, or otherwise commercially exploiting our products.
  • Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, bypass, crack, or extract the source code or licensing mechanisms of our software.

  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.
  • Conducting any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure (such as DDoS attacks).

4. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of our digital products are final and non-refundable once the order is completed and the product, file, license key, access credentials, download link, software access, dashboard access, digital service, documentation, update, or other digital item has been delivered or made available.

Because our products are digital, intangible, and immediately accessible after purchase, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. By purchasing, you agree that you are buying digital access and that your purchase becomes final once access or delivery is provided.

5. Products Covered by This Policy

This Refund Policy applies worldwide to all digital products, digital services, and digital access sold by us, including but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads
  • Software
  • License keys
  • Access keys
  • User accounts or access credentials
  • Online dashboards or portals
  • Configurations, presets, files, or digital tools
  • Documentation, guides, or instructions

6. No Refunds for Change of Mind or User Issues

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind, accidental purchases, or buyer's remorse.
  • Failure to read the product description or compatibility requirements prior to purchasing.
  • Inability to use the product due to your own device, system settings, operating system, internet connection, or third-party hardware/software limitations.
  • Failure to follow installation guides, setup instructions, or documentation.
  • Bans, suspensions, blocks, or restrictions placed on your accounts by third-party platforms, games, services, anti-cheat systems, or administrators resulting from your use of the products.
  • Temporary downtime, scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to our services.
  • Sharing, leaking, reselling, transferring, or misusing the product resulting in termination of access.

7. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • The product description, specifications, and features.
  • Any technical requirements (operating system, build versions, hardware dependencies).
  • Any usage limits, license durations, or subscription terms.
  • This combined Terms of Service & Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have verified technical compatibility and consent to immediate digital delivery, losing your right of withdrawal once access is initiated.

8. Delivery & Service Access

If you do not receive your digital product immediately after purchase, you must contact support with your order details and transaction reference.

If a delivery failure is caused solely by our system and the product cannot be made available, we may, at our sole discretion, provide:

  • Manual redelivery or alternative delivery of the product.
  • A replacement license key or credentials.
  • Store credit or a full refund if delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

9. Defective or Non-Working Products

If a product does not function as advertised due to an issue on our end, you must contact support and provide us with a reasonable opportunity (at least 72 hours) to investigate, patch, or resolve the issue.

To verify your claim, you may be required to provide diagnostic information, including screenshots, error logs, configuration details, or device specifications.

If we determine that the product contains a permanent defect caused solely by our code and cannot reasonably be repaired, replaced, or updated, we may provide a refund, partial refund, or store credit.

We do not provide remedies for defects caused by user configurations, third-party software interference, or changes implemented by third-party developers or game publishers.

10. Subscriptions or Time-Based Access

If we offer subscriptions or time-based access, cancellation stops future automated billing cycles only.

Cancellation does not trigger a refund for previous billing cycles, already active digital access, or unused time within the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

11. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Account Termination

If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first through our official support channels (e.g., Discord) so we can review and resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a payment processor, bank, or card issuer without contacting us first constitutes a breach of these Terms.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or reported as unauthorized, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate your access to any products, license keys, accounts, memberships, and community platforms (such as our Discord server).

We reserve the right to submit detailed transaction records, access logs, IP addresses, activation timestamps, hardware identifiers, and communication logs to payment processors and banking institutions to contest fraudulent disputes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MISSION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH ALL THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE OR SYSTEMS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE INSTANTLY CORRECTED.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DIGITAL BYPASS TOOLS AND SOFTWARE OPERATE IN DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENCES, ACTIONS, LOSS OF DATA, BANS, OR RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, GAME PUBLISHERS, OR ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MISSION, ITS DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mission, its developers, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to our Services.
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to intellectual property, anti-cheat agreements, or privacy rights.
  • Any claim that your use of the software caused damage to a third party.

15. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your license, account, and access to our Services, and block your future access to the Website, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or compromised the safety and security of our community or systems.

Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked, and you must destroy all copies of any software or digital files obtained from our Services.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
